Bulgaria Posh Seaside Resort Expects 8% Tourists Growth
|
Bulgaria's posh southern seaside rest Sunny Beach expects an increase of 8% in the number of the tourists in summer 2005.
The executive director of the complex Malina Bakalova predicted increased number of tourists despite the poor weather conditions. Most of the tourists came from UK, Germany and the Scandinavian countries.
There is also a registered 15% boom in the number of tourists from the former communist countries.
The number of tourists from Ireland, Greece, Austria, France and Italy has also gone up. There is a slight decrease in the German tourists, although Bulgaria retains its leading positions. |
