Bulgaria - still a world leader for property purchases

British property-abroad.com portal published ratings of the ten most popular countries for the purchase of property in 2009.
Bulgaria occupies 9th position. Despite the financial situation, the country holds its position of a top property purchase destination, especially in the area of the rural holiday homes. This is due to the fact that Bulgaria still offers cheap residential properties in attractive areas, close to sea and ski resorts.
