The property is set at the edge of a very beautiful and peaceful village, advantageously positioned 55 km from Veliko Tarnovo, the medieval capital of the Second Bulgarian Kingdom, where the amazing castle of Tzarevets can be seen. Some 66 km further to the north is the biggest Bulgarian Danubian port city of Ruse. In other words, this village has a great location and it can be the starting point for short or longer trips to the Balkan Mountains, the Danube River and further to Romania, or the seaside as the distance is about 250 km. This snug little, one-storey house from 1941 with an area of 80 sq. m has a terrace, glazed entrance hall, three bedrooms, two living rooms, kitchen with a fireplace, bathroom and a larder.
